Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Sudoku handles user information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data we do not collect

Sudoku does not require account creation and does not collect your name, email, location, or any other personally identifiable information. All game progress — boards, notes, selected theme, coins, and statistics — is stored only on your own device's local storage and is never sent to any server of ours.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app displays ads through Google AdMob to keep the free version sustainable. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers and other technical data to serve ads, including personalized ads based on your interests. This processing is handled by Google, in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can adjust your personalized ads preferences in your Android device's privacy settings, under Settings → Google → Ads.

3. In-app purchases

Premium subscriptions (monthly, annual, or lifetime) are processed entirely through Google Play. We do not have access to your card or payment information — that data is handled directly by Google, under the Google Play Store's privacy policy. The app only receives confirmation that a purchase was completed, in order to unlock the corresponding benefits.

4. Children

The app is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If ads are shown to a younger audience, we recommend enabling appropriate content controls on the device's Google account.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties involved in the app's operation are Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Play (purchase processing and app distribution), each subject to its own privacy policy.

6. Security

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, your own device is the main point of security. We recommend keeping your operating system and the app up to date.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the app or in legal requirements. The last updated date is always shown at the top of this page.
